[GH] (poi/integration-test-memory): Workflow run "Java CI with Gradle" is working again!

The GitHub Actions job "Java CI with Gradle" on poi.git/integration-test-memory has succeeded.
Run started by GitHub user pjfanning (triggered by pjfanning).

Read the sized fast path in the same 4096-byte chunks as before

The zip-bomb ratio check runs per read, so reading a whole entry in one
call changed the byte counts in the 'Zip bomb detected!' message that
poi-integration-exceptions.csv expects for the poc-xmlbomb files.
