I have updated the site folder on the web hosts. Looking through the logs, I saw this:
svn: E195012: 'http://svn-master.apache.org/repos/asf/incubator/kylin/site' shares no common ancestry with '/www/kylin.apache.org'

I'll dig around and see what could be causing this.
