[Proposal] integrate OpenLineage to Gravitino

Hi, all

   Lineage information is critical for metadata systems, I want to
propose the design for integrating openLineage for Gravitino; I hope
to hear your feedback! Please refer to the design document for more

Hi

I had several discussions with Julien (who's working on OpenLineage).
That's clearly a great idea to have OpenLineage support in Gravitino.

I will take a look at the design document.
