getting re-started

hello, folks.

1)  sorry about getting too talky on this list, previously, under a different
email address.

2)  buried in the local legacy-data pool is an answer to this question, and to
save the swimming, I hope it might be askable, again, here.

	to access the FOP cvs:
	what exactly should a person type at the CVS command-line ?
