red5 was fixed

Hello Sebastian!

according to this link http://code.google.com/p/red5/source/list
My patch for the Red5 client is applied + PlayEngine is fixed.
I believe we need to update both client and server to 4387.

so I can remove client patching from build.xml.
Is it OK?
