[jira] Created: (ARIES-448) Support absence of a version attribute on Subsystem content

Support absence of a version attribute on Subsystem content
-----------------------------------------------------------

                 Key: ARIES-448
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/ARIES-448
             Project: Aries
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: Subsystem
    Affects Versions: Incubation
         Environment: All
            Reporter: Graham Charters

Subsystem content headers refer to bundles by symbolic name and version. If the version is absent it should be treated as 0.0.0 to infinity. When updating SubsystemAdmin to use Futures, I found I had to include a version in order to get content to be proivisioned.
