Dear Olingo developers,

I am currently working on adding the open entity type in Olingo2.
Please review my WIP at [https://bitbucket.org/baylej/olingo-odata2_fork/branches/compare/opentypes%0Dmaster] and give me your feedback.

Done:
* OpenType implemented in the EDM, $metadata
* OpenType handled by the Atom+XML producer/consumer

To do:
* JSON producer/consumer
* Testing
