Test failures in blueprint itests
I just noticed that we have test failures in the blueprint itests since
the build below.
The commit in this build is:

Hi
I added this test, to check fixes of problems introduced when cm XDSs
started to <xsd:import> ext XSDs.
I'll check what's going on.

Not sure if this is related, but the previous release of blueprint-cm fail
with the blueprint-core bundle being voted, that's why I started a new
