Refactoring for externalKeyParam

Hi all, 

OfbizUrl macro can add externalKeyParam to the link when required
So planning to remove externalKeyParam from content of ofbizUrl calls.

Created JIRA issue OFBIZ-11711 for this. 
Also added patch for ofbiz-framework.
