Again code dump in trunk

While committers can apply some discretion regarding bug fixes and such
when committing to trunk, the latest code dumps in r1573884 and 157400
surely show that these commits go far beyond that discretion.

Without following the ASF & OFBiz guidelines regarding contributions and
regarding committers behaviour a major code dump occurred again. Is this
correct behaviour and shouldn't this go through normal (established in the
guidelines) procedures?

What is your issue exactly? How do these commits go against "ASF & OFBiz guidelines"?
