I download a theme from rollertheme.com and modify the template as required. but it is very strange, for local computer, i can see the full CSS theme(with localhost:8080/roller/blog), then for remote tester, they only see the jumbled without CSS blog page(***.***.***.***/roller/blog).
it sometimes ok when i restart computer, restart tomcat don't help.

Resolution: Won't Fix
Not a bug.
Don't use the hostname 'localhost' except for local machine testing. If you want folks to access your blog server from other machines, then you'll have to ensure that your host has a real hostname -- one which is registered with your local DNS.
