   ## Description
   Sometimes special considerations need to be made during upgrades, for example when migrations are "squashed" in a new major release it means that upgrading from a previous major version to a new _minor_ version of the new major version can't be done in one step (instead you'd need to upgrade to the new major, and then from there to the newest minor of that major).
   
   We should have a docs page that captures these things, and then the ATC website's downloads page and the GH release notes can link to it (at a specific version!) can link to it so that people are aware of upgrade-impacting things like that.
