   I think this will be a good start if we want to start more consistent effort on warning removeal @ashb @uranusjr @dstandish 
   
   * UI side of looking at test results should be much better (easier to see the actual errors, bypassing Github UI limitations on slow download of multi-line warning logs
   * Having a separate artifact with warnings which can be used to add any kind of analysis of how many warnings are left and engage others
   
   I hope it will be helpful in the quest of removing warnings in CI.
