After BIGTOP-1312, [~cos] now has some creative juices flowing.  Lets make a few bullets for the next iteration of the website. 

- twitter feed on the right side like mahout has
- better paragraph describing primary use case of bigtop
- another iteration on CSS and formatting
...

[~cos] to follow up w/ more requirements for this task.
