The BigBank PHP wsclient should either be included in the distribution or references to it should removed from the docs.
I am OK with both options, knowing that the sample can always be published later, independent of the release.
However if we know that the sample works and easy to add to the build without risking of introducing any regression, then it may be simpler to just include it in the distro.

This was included in the windows RC1 distros, but missed out of the Linux ones. Have added Makefile to fix this
