 # Create a new loan

 # Approve / Disburse

 # Create a repayment

 # Create a Chargeback

*Actual result:*

After the Chargeback transaction the Disburse and Repayment journal entries are re-created

*Expected result:*

Disburse and Repayment journal entries should not re-created
