BasicDataSource should use commons-logging

           Summary: BasicDataSource should use commons-logging
           Product: Commons
           Version: 1.0 Final
          Platform: Other
        OS/Version: Other
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Enhancement
          Priority: Other
         Component: Dbcp
        AssignedTo: commons-dev@jakarta.apache.org
        ReportedBy: dgraham1980@hotmail.com

BasicDataSource, and all DBCP classes in general, should use commons-logging
instead of System.out.println() to display messages. Specifically, calls like

System.out.println("DBCP DataSource configured without a 'password'");

need to be replaced with logging.
