> Folks, I am honestly not sure if this issue should be here or should be somewhere else. However as it seems that we e.g. Tika community, are the ones pushing on with [publishing the UCAR dependencies to Maven Central|https://wiki.apache.org/tika/ThirdPartySonaType], I thought I would write  short script which automates this for us all in the future.
