Any unified config to decide whether workflow continues to run when one action of fork-join failed ?

Hi :
  I am using oozie4.0 and I find when one action of fork-join failed，then
the total workflow will be killed defaultly.

 And I can config each action configuration to change the default rule.

 But this maybe a little troublesome when a workflow has many actions.

*  Is there any unified config to achieve this ？*
