   ### Description
   
   Now `LocalFileSink` and `HdfsFileSink` are two defferent connector but their documents got together. We plan add the `kerberos` config to `HdfsFileSink`, It would look strange if their documents were not separated.
   
   So, I want to split file sink connector document.
