ip-ranges

Kit Chan commented on TS-4205:

Wouldn't this be doable by cache.config?
https://docs.trafficserver.apache.org/en/latest/admin-guide/files/cache.config.en.html
Even if not, we can use either ts_lua(https://docs.trafficserver.apache.org/en/latest/admin-guide/plugins/ts_lua.en.html) or header_rewrite(https://docs.trafficserver.apache.org/en/latest/admin-guide/plugins/header_rewrite.en.html) plugins as well.
Right?

> Would be nice if there was an easy way to allow sending nocache for some ip-ranges / addresses only and ignore all the others. Right now the only option is to allow or none.
