error on Tomcat console

can somebody tell me why these errors keep
coming on my tomcat console. they apear everytime i just visit the
console or do any transaction ..
the errors are as follows:-

2002-07-01 12:31:15 - Ctx( /ndtc ): IOException in: R( /ndtc +
/jsp/resources/cs
s/MasterStyleWin.css + null) Connection aborted by peer: socket write error
2002-07-01 12:31:15 - Ctx( /ndtc ): 404 R( /ndtc +
/jsp/resources/images/Close.g
if + null) null
