If the name of a wiki page contains an inverted comma, the mime type is not treated correctly. Try the following:
* Go to http://sandbox.jspwiki.org
* Edit a page and type for example [Sandy's Bar]
* Create the new page
You will see the incorrect title "Sandy S Bar".
This is not the correct UTF-8 mime recognition.
