       Body:
Not sure, you'd still want comments etc to turn up in the output of the tag if they're in the body. Same with DTDs etc

Here is an overview of the issue:
---------------------------------------------------------------------
        Key: JELLY-121
Summary: Policy for output of lexical XML data
       Type: Improvement

     Status: Unassigned
   Priority: Major

    Project: jelly
   Versions:
             1.0

   Assignee:
   Reporter: Hans Gilde

    Created: Sun, 29 Aug 2004 6:05 PM
    Updated: Sun, 29 Aug 2004 6:11 PM

Description:
We recently changed a couple of XML tags to stop outputting lexical data by default. Outputting lexical data results in bad XML when entity references are used but is convenient when outputting comments.

The file tag and possible others output lexical data by default. Should this be changed?
