[Issue 125775] New: Shapes exported in PNG and GIF are slightly cropped

https://issues.apache.org/ooo/show_bug.cgi?id=125775

          Issue ID: 125775
        Issue Type: DEFECT
Summary: Shapes exported in PNG and GIF are slightly cropped
           Product: Draw
           Version: 4.1.1
          Hardware: PC
                OS: Windows 7
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P3
         Component: save-export
          Assignee: issues@openoffice.apache.org
          Reporter: raph85@gmail.com

When exporting a shape in PNG or GIF (possibly others), the bottom and right
borders disappear.

Steps:
1. Create a rectangle in a new Draw document
2. Select the shape
3. Click on File>Export, select the "GIF" or "PNG" format, click on the
"selection" option, and export

The resulting picture is missing a line of pixel on the right and bottom sides.

The same problem also occurs when simply copying that shape and "special
pasting" it as Bitmap somewhere else, but that may be unrelated.

Tested with:
- OpenOffice 4.1.1 (AOO411m6) on Windows 7 Enterprise 64.
- OpenOffice 4.1.0 (AOO410m18) on Linux 64

Confirmed with following steps:
1. Drawing a rectangle
2. Set its dimensions with width = 8 cm and height = 3 cm
3. File > Export in PNG with "selection" checked
4. In the next dialog "PNG Options", we have wrong values:
width = 7.99 cm and height = 2.99 cm

Maybe a dup of issue 124609
