The Harmony method Class.getAnnotation(null) return null while RI throws NPE.
Note, j9 has no implementation with this method.

Vladimir, AFAIK this functionality is not yet implemented in Harmony and testing it is a bit prematurely.

Class.getAnnotation method is not fully implemented in drlvm yet.
But here is a fix for this issue anyway.
