In PowerPC 64-bit, Little Endian, CompressedRandomAccessReaderTest, CompressedInputStreamTest, and CFMetaDataTest fail due to the included snappy-java JAR missing the ppc64le native library.

Testing on Ubuntu 14.04, ppc64le.
