Log:
Comment clarifications. No functional change.
* subversion/libsvn_fs_fs/fs_fs.c
(fold_change): Be more specific about the hash's format.
(fetch_all_changes): Rename parameter copyfrom_hash->copyfrom_cache
for consistency with callers and callees.
