C2 TagLib example?

I'm having some problems getting an XSP taglib working in C2 for some
reason...I'm sure I'm probably just doing something stupid, but I've been
screwing with this for over an hour now.  It is generating the java file
correctly except for the package name and class name are blank.

Has anyone seen this before?  If not, could someone pass an example of a
simple C2 taglib and an XSP page that uses it my way?
