[m1] Test plugin 1.8-SNAPSHOT

Where can I go to download the SNAPSHOT jar for the test plugin?  I could not find it and I think it will fix the issues that we are currently having.

It's at

http://cvs.apache.org/repository/maven/plugins/

so you can download and install it with

maven plugin:download 
-Dmaven.repo.remote=http://cvs.apache.org/repository/ -DgroupId=maven 
-DartifactId=maven-test-plugin -Dversion=1.8-SNAPSHOT
