I committed the change.

The change has been verified with the camel-cxf unit tests and some camel-cxf osgi tests using the camel-cxf karaf feature as is (i.e., pulling cxf 3.1.1 transitively on a fresh karaf instance) and on an instance where cxf 3.0.5 is pre-installed.
