*Steps to regenerate:*
# Open [https://demo-stable.ofbiz.apache.org/ordermgr/control/orderentry|https://demo-stable.ofbiz.apache.org/ordermgr/control/orderentry]
# Set Customer
# Add product to cart
# Click on Finalize Order
# Select Shipping address and method
# Select Term and click on Continue
# FTL error renders.
