[Bug 5472] New: Setting $tmpdir in secure_tmpfile() via Configuration

http://issues.apache.org/SpamAssassin/show_bug.cgi?id=5472

Summary: Setting $tmpdir in secure_tmpfile() via Configuration
           Product: Spamassassin
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: All
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P3
         Component: Libraries
        AssignedTo: dev@spamassassin.apache.org
        ReportedBy: imacat@mail.imacat.idv.tw

Dear all,

I recently found lots of temporary working files left behind by
Mail::SpamAssassin after upgrading to 3.2.0. I wonder if it is possible to set
their location in the configuration. There are 2 reasons for this:

     1. I want to move it to ramdisk, for efficiency.

     2. I do not want to mix up the $tmpdir of Mail::SpamAssassin with its
calling application, with $ENV{"TMPDIR"}. This helps monitoring and cleaning of
suspicious files in $tmpdir.

Is it possible to do so? Thank you very much in advance.
