[2.x] Implementation widget and the store application are now available

I have finished bringing-up the Implementation widget to our 2.x code
stream. Currently, the JavaScript Proxies are being generated using
Dojo, and I wasn't planning to bring up our own JavaScript framework
for 2.x, as Dojo is working fine and is providing better cross-browser
support.

I have also made the store sample application available based on the
Tuscany Widget and using the Dojo programming model.
