Help to install Jenkins plugin for flaky tests and review PR

Hello all,
I am working on BEAM-12672[1], I've already found a way to rerun failed
tests K times and mark the job status as success, but to report all results
for each rerun it is required to install a Jenkins plugin [2].
I've installed that plugin in my local Jenkins environment using the GUI
and is working as expected.
Can someone with Jenkins admin permissions and context, help me to install
the plugin and follow the reviewing of this PR[3]?
More context of this in the PR comments. Thanks in advance!

Re: Help to install Jenkins plugin for flaky tests and review PR

Posted by Ahmet Altay <al...@google.com>.
Recent ci-beam issues were root caused to this plugin (
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/INFRA-22878) and the plugin is
disabled. (It might even be a known issue:
https://issues.jenkins.io/browse/JENKINS-49563)

I wonder if we should rollback https://github.com/apache/beam/pull/16253 as
well? Since the plug-in is no longer available.

I installed this plugin (
https://github.com/jenkinsci/flaky-test-handler-plugin - v1.2.0)

I learned from the latest infra ticket (
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/INFRA-22720) that anyone on the PMC
could install plugins to the ci-beam. I did not know it before.

Yes, INFRA accepts the new requests only from project committers or PMC members. So, before submitting a new Jira issue for INFRA project on behalf of Apache Beam, it should be discussed and approved here on dev mailing list.

If there are no objections to add this plug-in, which looks quite useful for us, I can handle this.

As a follow-up of this, I created a ticket in INFRA[1] to install the
required plugin, but my ticket couldn't be resolved because I'm not a
committer, I would really appreciate any help on this from a committer.
