When a Processor or Controller Service is configured with a Parameter, it can be difficult to understand exactly how the component is configured, because the values for some properties have been externalized. It would be great to have some way to see the fully resolved property value. For example, if a property is set to "Hello #\{name}" and the `name` parameter is set to `John Doe`, I would like to have a way to see that the property value will be resolved to "Hello John Doe". This could be shown as a tooltip when hovering over the property value, perhaps (which currently just shows the currently configured value "Hello #\{name}"). Or it may make more sense to show it when hovering over the "?" help icon for the Property, where we show things like Historical values, Default value, etc.
