How to correct this XPath

Yes , I want to acheive the above result. However, I think Xinidce 1.0 not support with ../ByLine[text()... , right? 

Also, I also can't find many information about 'larger than' or 'smaller than' functions.. 

How about if I want to get the DateId such that it is between '20011201' and '20011231'? 

ie. //DateId...?
