Differentiate between two kinds of servers:
 * eclipse-internal ones: those are started/stopped by eclipse in the servers view
 * eclipse-external ones: those are started manually by the user outside of eclipse (the more frequent use case probably)

Reflect this differentiation in the UI accordingly
