First commit in "trunk".  Add "default" methods to "Dictionary" interface and use them in Bounds (plus other changes there):
Sending        core\src\org\apache\pivot\collections\Dictionary.java
Sending        wtk\src\org\apache\pivot\wtk\Bounds.java
Transmitting file data ..done
