How to restrict scrolling of datagrid beyond the displayed rows

Hi,

How to restrict scrolling of datagrid beyond the displayed rows?

I have an issue with scrolling beyond the datagrid items. When the grid is
scrolled beyond the data items, i could see the column lines are drawn
beyond the data items.

Any suggestions?
