[jira] [Created] (SPARK-32949) Add timestamp_seconds to SparkR

Maciej Szymkiewicz created SPARK-32949:
------------------------------------------

             Summary: Add timestamp_seconds to SparkR
                 Key: SPARK-32949
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SPARK-32949
             Project: Spark
          Issue Type: Improvement
          Components: SparkR, SQL
    Affects Versions: 3.1.0
            Reporter: Maciej Szymkiewicz

Since Spark 3.1 we disallow casting numeric to timestamp by default (SPARK-31710) and Scala and Python API provide {{TIMESTAMP_SECONDS}}, which can be used instead.

It should be added to SparkR as well.
