rprintf V2

OK, there's a new version of rprintf() with some bugs squashed. I'm afraid I
just overwrote the previous file.

I made some, ahem, improvements to mod_status.c while I was testing. Let me
know if you hate them.

I'm now not so sure about using palloc... I'd have to make a sub pool - is it
worth the overhead? Especially considering that there's only one exit path and
it takes you through the free (ermm, barring longjmps, of course).
