   I think this parameter was left undocumented. Could update  documentation but not sure what was added and what's the syntax. Can't read erlang :( 
   
   Is it root level property :
   
   ```
   {
     "create_target": true,
     "create_target_params": {"q": "1", ...}
   }
   ```
