- Removed sliding window logic implemented in LoadBalancerStatisticsCollector.
- Fixed in-flight request count management logic on fault requests.
- Added endpoint-timeout configuration parameter to loadbalancer.conf.
- Changes committed with commit revision: 22662cc1fb5a5e36379f96581cf7d98c01daf4db.
