mindlesscloud opened a new issue, #2173:

   ## Description
   We tagged every newly released docker image as `latest`, however, it should only be given to the official releases.
   
   ## Describe the solution you'd like
   Modify the GitHub action directive, pushing the `lastest` tag to DockerHub if the git tag name does not contain `rc` and `test`
   
   ## Has the Feature been Requested Before?
   No
