This Mirror has not updated since 7th June, so already well out of date before I even add it !!
I'm guessing you really did choose the samba repo, change it to rsync.apache.org then it might start working correctly.

Also, please confirm which Apache rsync repository you are using, you stated samba which is incorrect in this case :)
