please create a new blog for Apache Logging Services with the url:

http://blogs.apache.org/logging

The blog "log4php" will not be maintained anymore, only the newly created one. 

Scott Deboy and I would like to be the first users. I am also user on the log4php blog.

New logging services blog created, acct details sent to sdeboy, sdeboy and grobmeier added as admins, log4php blog final post created , log4php blog is now closed.
