3.2 Release - call for help

Having spent the better part of the last three days on planes, and with the
outlook for my workload for my "day job" (all of it pretty much related to
increasing the open source content in IBM products, BTW) not likely to
decrease in the near term...  I am forced to admit that I not going to
being able to do a proper job of regression testing under various
environments and track issues.

I can certainly provide build support, and would like to build and post a
third (and perhaps final?) build later today or early tomorrow, with the
understanding that the amount of additional testing that I have performed
on it is minimal.  Given the small amount of change from the previous beta
is minimal, the risk should be small.

What I need is someone to track issues and produce the release notes, and
inform me when to post another build.  Volunteers?
