Steve, I think we're in the progress (started with petstoreWeb a week ago) to remove use of the custom file extensions from Beehive samples.

Can you adjust the documentation?

They should change references for .jpf, .jcx, .jpfs, and .jcs to .java.  Web services aren't going to change at this point...
