Launching struts app as an HTA or in HTA-like window.

I want to launch my struts app as an HTA, the idea being to launch in a
browser window that has none of the built-in toolbars.  Do I just create an
hta page forwarding to the struts app?  (The production environment is
exclusively IE).

Is there a better (more generic) way to launch in a "clean" browser window?
